Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The title page should include the following elements:
    Article Title: Concise, specific, and informative.
    Author Information: Full name of each author, contact numbers and email Id's along with their highest academic degree(s) and institutional affiliation.
    Department Attribution: The name of the department(s) to which the work is credited.
    Disclaimers: If Any.
    Corresponding Author Details: Name, contact number, email, and postal address of the author responsible for communication regarding the manuscript.
    Funding/Support: Sources of support such as grants or sponsorships.
  • Cover letter
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Author Guidelines

Author Guidelines for Manuscript Submission 
It is instructed to the author to please read and follow the instructions before
submitting the manuscript for publication in journal.
1. Cover letter. Authors must provide a cover letter that briefly highlights the importance and originality of the work. The cover letter should address: title of manuscript, significance of study, authorship and ethical declarations, conflict of interest and funding, and corresponding author details.
2. Agreement Form. Author should send agreement form that clearly states that the
submitted manuscript will be the property of the RJPLS and the author should have to
transfer the copyright of the article to the journal. The article will be an open access
article. It should also clearly mention the submitted manuscript is not submitted for
publication in any other journal.
3. Manuscript Formatting. The formatting of the manuscript should be according to
APA publication manual 7 th edition (2019). Page layout = A4, Page Margins = 1cm,
Line Spacing = double, levels of heading and referencing (books, journal article,
thesis, PPT lectures, online video, blogs and newspaper etc.) must be according to APA
publication manual.
4. Abstract and Keywords. The abstract of the manuscript should be 250-300 
words. Abstract of the manuscript should starts with the aim of the research, research
design, sample, tools/instruments used in research and major findings of the research.
Keywords for the manuscript should be 3-10 at least.
5. Introduction and literature review. Introduction and literature review must be in
one chapter. All the variables should be defined briefly with reference to any theory
or model. Literature review should be consist of at least 18-20 researches related to
study variables with name of topic, sample and major findings. At the end of the manuscript should be the rational of the research, objectives and hypothesis of the
research. Any hypothesized model should also be after the hypothesis. The total
words of the manuscript should be 3000-7000 words.
6. Method chapter (level 1 heading). The method chapter should include the research
design, participants, research tools, procedure of data collection and ethical
consideration with reference to levels of headings according to APA publication
manual.
7. Results. The result chapter must follow APA instructions for tables and graphs. All
the table must be in specific sequences with description.
8. Discussion:  The discussion chapter should be consist of the aim,
major findings of the research, hypothesis approved or not, at least 1 research in
support of the research findings. Suggestions, implications and conclusion should be
before the references.

9. References: References should be according to APA publication manual 7 th
edition.

Systematic Review

Abstarct Should consists of the 250-300 words with 5-8 key words.
