Abstract

This study aims to develop a model of Tajdid Inspirational Leadership based on organizational learning that is able to improve human resource performance, with a new concept of Tajdid Inspirational Leadership. Study respondents were college lecturers totaling 150. Analysis techniques using Structural Equation Model with AMOS software. The findings of this study indicate that realizing human resource performance is influenced by smart working which is built by Tajdid Inspirational Leadership.
