Many studies have discussed employee behavior to support organizational change; however, this still leaves opportunities for further review. Behavior to support change needs employee's agility in responding the rapid change. In addition, it still needs to be improved in moral values since championing change still uses discretionary behavior. It means that it will be free to make decisions in any situation, including using all ways such as giving punishment and threats if the employees do not want to follow the changes. This study aims to introduce a new concept: Hasanah Proactive Change Behavior (HPCB). We define HPBC as an employee's ability to respond to rapid change processes by using a good way to improve human resource performance. Islamic behavior supports, initiates, and invites change by helping other employees and being a good role model to inspire the environment and for the succeed of change implementation as well as a way to get closer to Allah SWT.
